A stunning wedding gown; a gorgeous, bada$$ bridal party; one of our most favorite venues; a PIZZA food truck (WHA?!!!); topped with a super-fun couple all made for an amazing wedding day at Industry for Mandi and JP!
As soon as we met these two, we fell in love with Mandi and JP and their fun, keep it real, laid-back style (while still being totally classy at the same time). Remember their awesome engagement session?? (Check it out here.) It was pretty much a session full of laughs, so we were excited for more good times on their wedding day! And of course, we had to start with some getting ready photos! (You guys, just LOOK at that gorgeous dress!!!)
Then it was time for the much-anticipated bride and groom pictures. With it being a December wedding, we were SO glad to be at Industry, which has GREAT-looking interior areas with plenty of gorgeous lighting! Can you tell yet that we LOVE Industry?! We used their ceremony setup for the perfect First Look location, which as always, was one of our favorite parts of the entire day. JP's reaction to seeing his future wife did NOT disappoint, and then afterward we moved to our bride & groom portraits all around the Industry venue.
And then it was time to invite the bridal party in on the fun . . . and we do mean FUN!! These guys were cracking jokes the entire time, and the ladies knew how to give us some SASS!! Our cheeks hurt from smiling so much with these people--Mandi & JP sure know how to pick 'em. Be on the lookout for the most INCREDIBLE Mario jumps, and the bridesmaids' reactions to seeing Mandi in her dress for the first time . . .
Even with all the fun and shenanigans, we had some serious moments, too. You saw the first look between Mandi and JP earlier, but we also had a first look with Mandi and her dad. I'm sure we've said this before, but we LOOOOOVE first looks -- with grooms, with dads, with bridesmaids--give us alllll the first looks, you guys!! So sweet! You can also give us alllll those industrial windows (see what we did there, Industry? Industrial/Industry--Hardy har.), because they give us some KILLER backlighting.
So below you'll see Mandi and her dad, and then we roll into the ceremony! And since we're mentioning parents in this section, let's talk about JP's mom for a moment. Seeing her tears and sweet emotions throughout the ceremony had Shannon shedding a few tears right along with her (and we all know it's usually Deann who sheds the wedding day tears!!).
Next, it was time to party! After a little cocktail hour fun, we were ready for some bridal party introductions into the gorgeous reception space. Have we mentioned yet that the whole place was decked out in some amazing decor by the one and only Cheyenne from Nerdy Fox Rentals?? You can scroll right back up to the ceremony and see her simply elegant work down the aisle, and just wait til you see the table decor! We were thrilled to work with her (as in, we totally fan-girled when we realized Cheyenne was decorating)!
Did you catch the pizza by Brozinni's up there?? Holy moly, that was an EPIC idea for wedding food! Everyone was happy, and we're still drooling over their garlic knots! We are fans for life, and highly recommend food truck weddings, particularly when they say Brozinni's on the side!!
Welp, that about wraps up the magic that was Mandi and JP's special day. We are SO glad they included us! We've seriously loved getting to know these two and can't wait to see what life has in store for them next!!! Best wishes, you guys!!
